End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ArtVibe ("We", "Our", or "Us") for the use of Naviya mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription services:

  • Weekly Subscription: Billed at $5.99/week, granting access to premium features.
  • Annual Subscription: Billed at $39.99/year, granting access to premium features

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings > Media & Purchases > View Account > Subscriptions.

No refunds will be provided once payment is processed, except as required by applicable law.

3. In-App Purchases – Virtual Points

The App provides virtual point items for use within the App only:

  • point_200: A one-time purchase of $2.99, granting 200 points, usable for AI Naviya.
  • point_500: A one-time purchase of $5.99, granting 500 points, usable for AI Naviya.
  • point_1k: A one-time purchase of $8.99, granting 1,000 points, usable for AI Naviya.
  • point_2k: A one-time purchase of $16.99, granting 2,000 points, usable for AI Naviya.
  • point_5k: A one-time purchase of $32.99, granting 5,000 points, usable for AI Naviya.
  • point_10k: A one-time purchase of $54.99, granting 10,000 points, usable for AI Naviya.

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used outside the App.

We reserve the right to modify the value, availability, or usage rules of points at any time.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy available at here, which governs how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
