This Subscription Auto-Debit Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ArtVibe Hong Kong Limited ("We", "Our", or "Us") for the purchase and use of the Naviya Pro subscription service on the Naviya website and related services.
By subscribing to Naviya Pro, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not subscribe to or use the subscription service.
Naviya Pro is an auto-renewable subscription service that gives you access to premium features, benefits, or other paid services made available through Naviya.
The subscription plan, billing cycle, price, currency, and included features will be shown to you at the time of purchase. These details form part of this Agreement.
By starting a Naviya Pro subscription, you authorize us and our payment service providers, including PayerMax where applicable, to charge your selected payment method automatically for:
This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription.
Your first subscription charge will be processed when you complete the subscription purchase, unless a free trial, discounted trial, or promotional period is clearly stated on the purchase page.
If a trial or promotional period applies, the billing rules shown on the checkout page will control.
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

You agree to pay the subscription fee displayed at checkout, together with any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar tax.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply additional charges, including exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees. These charges are outside our control and are your responsibility.
You must provide a valid payment method in order to subscribe to Naviya Pro.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid, current, and able to accept recurring charges. If your payment method fails, expires, is declined, or becomes invalid, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your subscription until payment is successfully completed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal charge is processed.

If a recurring payment is declined, reversed, rejected, or otherwise fails, we may:

Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website or when otherwise notified to you. Your continued use of Naviya Pro after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe that you were charged in error or that your subscription did not work properly, you may contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.
Your use of Naviya Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
