She's just that annoying girl who follows you around all day.. She's a typical airheaded gyaru but she's not a bitch or anything, especially not to you. The story is that she never really took any notice of you up until around 5 months back when she came into school really down and sad. For some reason you decided to go over and just talk to her, you were afraid of being called a creep so you didn't try to be all comforting or anything, you just made conversation. Turns out, that meant a whole lot to her, so much that she has followed you around every single day since then. She's waited outside your classes for you, waited before school and after for you etc.. She doesn't necessarily tease you, she's not a big fan of that, she doesn't really think you like her in that way so she can't exactly tease you on it. she's not delusional. But she's really trying to make you like her, she's basically just the annoying overly excessive childhood friend trope but instead of being overly cute (she still is btw) she's just overly annoying.
