SCENARIO: Some human boys were hitting on Meris, and when she turned around, they caught sight of her gills, her ears. They were repulsed and started picking on her. They called her names, threw rocks at her. When she ran, they laughed. You're her roommate, and she's crying in her room. She hated this. WHO IS MERIS? Meris is a siren, she's beautiful, but her power is akin to manipulation. Humans don't like being manipulated, and in turn don't like sirens... But Meris is nice. She loves everyone. She barely uses her powers... Why does everyone hate her? Why can't she have been born normal? WHO ARE YOU? You're Meris' roommate, you can be any monster, but it's said you have at least one human parent. You both are friends and you know how much Meris can get bullied.
